A Landlord Gas Safety Check should be performed every 12 months by Law.  Giving you and your tenants’ piece of mind that all of the gas appliances are working correctly and adhere to current Legislation.

Once we have performed the Gas Safety Check we will provide a Safety Certificate FREE of charge either advising that all is well or detailing where further work is needed to comply with current safety guidelines.
